Dried mushrooms and seasoning powders

Dried mushrooms are a favorite of many chefs.  They are a                  wonderful way to have the gourmet flavors at any time of the                  year and are the perfect secret ingredient.  In fact, some re-                    hydrated mushrooms often offer more flavor than fresh, while                  using less.

Wild mountain berries, jams and syrups

Nothing is better than eating supple ripe berries from the vine or bush - and we preserve them at their best with our secret recipe using honey.

Our Wild Berries are hand-picked at the peak of season for our Mountains here in the Pacific Northwest.

Pure Northwest Honey

Beautiful local, raw honey - Crimson Clover, Blueberry, Wild Flower, Blackberry, Star Thistle.

Wholesale 1 gallon and 5 gallon.

We also have awesome gift sets put together that we sell at farmers markets and specialty shows. Available to retail.
