Dried Mushrooms & Seasoning Powders

Dried
Dried mushrooms are a favorite of many chefs. They are a wonderful way to have the gourmet flavors at any time of the year, and are the perfect secret ingredient. In fact, some re-hydrated mushrooms are thought to have an even more concentrated flavor than fresh ones. Dried mushrooms can be reconstituted by soaking in warm water for 20-30 minutes and then prepared however desired, or by simply adding to soups, stews and sauces as they are cooking.

Mushroom Powders
Porcini - Maitake - Chanterelle - Shitake - Matsutake - Lobster & Truffles

Pure ground dried mushrooms add an intense flavor to any recipe. These are terrific to sprinkle on your steaks or chicken for grilling, or to flavor fish & pasta dishes, or to take a favorite soup to a whole new level.

Jams & Syrups
Nothing is better than eating supple ripe berries from the vine or bush - and we preserve them at their best with our secret recipe sweetened with honey.  Now you can enjoy wild berry jams year-round, with
berries that are hand picked at the peak of their season in the Cascade Mountains.

Dried
Our dried natural products are packed with powerful zest and flavor, perfect for everyday use!  Traditionally our ancestors knew the benefits of using dried products for remedies, dying wool and culinary uses. Many of these uses have been revitalized in recent years. Dried elderberries are used for wine making, extracts, syrups, natural dyes or flavoring.

Additionally, we have Stinging Nettle, Lemon Balm and Rose Hips available dried for use in teas, tinctures and extracts.
